Merida of DunBroch needs a change. She loves her family--jovial King Fergus, proper Queen Elinor, the mischievous triplets-- and her peaceful kingdom. But she's frustrated by its sluggishness; each day, the same. Merida longs for adventure, purpose, challenge - maybe even, someday, love.

Merida meets two Gods, Cailleagh and Feradach, who give her a year to save DunBroch. She has to change, and so does everyone around her, if she's to stay the princess of DunBroch.

I love Brave, it is my favourite Disney/Pixar film. I love how Merida marches to her own drum, how she doesn't want a prince. In this sequel, Merida is the same free spirit. I really enjoyed it. I was a bit sad that she did fall in love at the end though, it just doesn't fit the Merida I know and love.
